I tried the Wii Fit last night and I really enjoyed it. I actually did it for about 40 minutes yesterday and 40 minutes today. I tried a little bit of everything. It didn’t feel like a chore the way exercising often does for me. ….. This made me happy for a little while anyway…

I have a lot of inner battles going on these days. One of my bigger goals is to be more positive.  That is usually where most of the fighting comes in. My positive side hasn’t quite gotten its voice yet. I was telling myself how proud I was and Attila came out swinging. Attila does not like any positive thoughts. Attila pointed out how sorry a shape I am in. Food wise I did really well up until dinner. I even had a salad today.  Veggies yay :[  

Unfortunately, after my salad I still felt hungry. I entered my food into my journal to see I had more than enough calories for the day.  I tried to distract myself but I still ended up eating two large bowls of cereal I didn’t need. So Attila is gloating right now.

On a different note, I’m trying hard to post comments on blogs instead of just doing drive by readings. It’s hard because I don’t really feel like I have much to offer other than I know what you mean or good job. This makes me feel bad because other people here provide really useful input. I literally sat here for 30 minutes writing and deleting comments. I finally got one out that took me 10 minutes to write; yet had only two sentences. Then after I post a comment I read it back and feel like a retard.  I’m thinking to myself this person doesn’t care what I have to say. Why would anyone want advice from a 268 pound girl that doesn’t even like herself? (Looks like Attila is winning the battle today)
