The PMS blues are here. I’m starting to notice a pattern, I blog about the same time every month.
I’ve gotten back on track this past week. A big part of the reason was Miss Loni’s 13 Day challenge. I like the idea of just getting through 13 days. It feels much less daunting than thinking this is for the rest of my life. Which it needs to be and will be, but baby steps first. I went to the gym three times this week. Yesterday I may have pushed it a wee bit, I had trouble rolling out of bed this morning. I’m sore all over but it’s a good feeling. Today’s a lazy day but I will probably attempt to do my Wii Fit. I want to thank Kerstin, Nancy, Loni, and Kama for staying in touch everyday helping me stay accountable. I love you guys. Well I’m having writers block which is probably apparent from my unoriginal title, so that’s all I have for now.
Way to go on the workouts!! I feel like I’ve been taking some “shortcuts” lately, and this blog is a reminder to keep pushing myself! Have a great week–are you doing another challenge?
Oh man, do not feel alone. Dang, that PMS is a force to be freakin reckoned with. Just keep in mind, it will pass. Your doin great!

You are soooo not alone honey. Breaking it down like the 13 day challenge, your Vegas challenge are great incentives to lose weight. All in all each drip in the bucket adds up.
UGH PMS!! I think mine has left the building. It sounds like your workouts are going well!!! Congrats to you. Now if I can only learn how to use the forum maybe I will know what everyone is talking about
